Meeting the changing wishes of growers and buyers better is the aim of the quality policy. Growers want more control over their sales. Buyers count on reliable supply information. In 2014 the Reliable Supply Information principle will be introduced in stages for all product groups. Royal FloraHolland is no longer conducting inspections and wants to focus primarily on handling complaints.
Sometimes the quality or grading of a purchased lot of products is not what the buyer expected on the basis of the supply information. He can submit a product complaint. You can deal with this yourself or authorise us to handle it for you. This is how the procedure works.
With this free service, we can inform you directly of any deviations noted between your lot and your supply information. You receive the information via sms or e-mail. If you don't hear anything, you can assume that your information was right!
