Together at the clock for a better price development
You can auction your products together with those of other growers in a cluster, under one cluster name. This augments the name familiarity and recognisability and usually has a positive effect on the price-setting of your product. With the Clustering clock products service, we ensure that your products are presented together at the clock, even when they are supplied at different times throughout the day.
You will find the rates for this service under 'Other Supply Rates', on the page Rates for members and suppliers.
The Clustering clock products service is an interesting first step or the next step for clusters of suppliers who have already bundled their activities in terms of selling or marketing, for example, or are planning to do so. To use the Clustering clock products service, your cluster must supply at least 20 load carriers daily.
You inform us as a cluster that you wish to use this service well before starting to supply the auction. Royal FloraHolland determines whether the cluster is eligible and can ask for more information if required. Internal agreement is always sought with the commercial department. The possible effects of forming the cluster of suppliers in an auction group are also examined. After approval, all participants must return the signed Terms and conditions for Clustering clock products. Do this at least one week before starting to supply so we have time to organise the service for you. If you want to use the Clustering clock products service at several locations, we shall ensure that they are notified of your request.
To be arranged one after the other for the auction, lots of plants for the next auction day must arrive by 20:00, flowers by 24:00. The first trolley of the supplied lot should be clearly labelled with the Clustering recognition form.
