Disruption service for FloraMondo also available at night03 March 2017
More and more growers and buyers conduct business online via FloraMondo. Royal FloraHolland does everything it can to ensure that your purchasing or selling process goes smoothly. Nevertheless, it can sometimes be disrupted, and then we want to fix the problem as quickly as possible. That is why we are now available 24/7 to fix disruptions.
What can you do when a disruption occurs?
Call our Customer Services using the main Royal FloraHolland telephone number: 088 - 789 89 89. During opening hours we shall answer the call and help you directly. Outside of opening hours, choose the option in the menu to report a disruption with FloraMondo, and you will be directed to a staff member of our ICT service desk. For other questions about FloraMondo than ones concerning disruptions, please contact Customer Services during opening hours by telephone or send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We shall quickly reply to answer your questions.

1. Log in to myroyalfloraholland.com
2. Go to 'My Services'
3. Then go to 'Services contracts'
4. Click on the 'FloraMondo' service
5. You can now subscribe to this service or specify the e-mail address or telephone number at which you want to receive the information
