Are you a box holder? Fourth trolley count starts on 13 November 201707 November 2017
The Trolley Rental for Internal Use scheme (SIG) ensures that enough trolleys are available at the auction all year round. Every customer who uses trolleys inside the auction building arranges a box contract with Royal FloraHolland.
A few times a year we compare the quantity specified in the box contract with the actual number of trolleys in use. Between 13 and 26 November 2017, we shall visit you to conduct a count of your trolleys. This check may extend into week 48.
How does the count work?
In weeks 46 and 47 Royal FloraHolland employees will visit each box holder at all the locations to count the number of trolleys present. We leave a copy of the count form with you when we're finished, so you know how many trolleys we found. This count does not have any immediate consequences for you. After several counts have taken place, we calculate the average result. If necessary, we can then adjust the box contract up or down in consultation with you.
