Sneak peek at restyled magazine FloraCulture International at IPM trade fair26 January 2017
Visitors and exhibitors at the IPM trade fair in Essen are being given a sneak peek of the restyled magazine FloraCulture International, soon to be abbreviated as FCI.
FloraCulture International is currently working with great enthusiasm on the restyling of the magazine. With the German IPM trade fair and its 60,000 visitors, 1,588 standholders, from 49 different countries, the only specialist magazine devoted completely to the global horticultural sector could not have a better platform for a sneak peek at the new FCI, as the magazine will be officially known from March 2017 on.
Run-up to official launch
In the run-up to the official launch in March 2017, the FCI team was present at the IPM trade fair in person to tell exhibitors and visitors a bit about the new design and layout. The modern look & feel, the format, the structure of the refreshed magazine and the top photography are immediately striking. Indeed, FCI has a completely new look. Naturally, nothing has changed of the enormous amount of inspiration and specialist information that readers will soon enjoy in this 44-page magazine.
To add more interest to the sneak peek, colleagues from around the world posed for the cover of the brandnew FCI over a period of 4 days while registering for a free subscription at the same time.
In terms of positioning, FCI is unique. No other magazine in English is so completely focused on the global horticultural sector. As Royal FloraHolland is its publisher, the magazine can report independently, six times a year, about the background contexts and the most important events in the sector. Its mission: using knowledge, inspiration and binding to stimulate growth and especially flourishing of the sector around the world.
Currently, 4,500 readers in 141 countries receive the printed version of the magazine. Its digital distribution is a multiple of that. Under the motto 'Your Gateway to Global Ornamental Horticulture', the membership recruitment campaign of FCI will continue for the next few months.
