Eelde adopts new packaging system16 February 2018
After the new packaging system was successfully adopted in Rijnsburg, Eelde will now step over to the new system. Eelde will go live on Monday 26 February 2018.
If you want to collect or deliver packagings in Eelde, you need a packaging card. Have you already requested one? If not, you can request one online via the email that we sent you on 18 January 2018. If you missed this message, don't worry, you will receive a reminder next week. You can always contact Customer Service too of course.
Eelde: changes in payment and credit
What will change in Eelde on Monday 26 February 2018?
- Paying with PIN/debit card at the desk is no longer possible.
- Calculating packaging returns can be done one day later than customary.
- Packaging collection is noted on the product invoice every day, but the we will continue to do the calculations once a week.
When will packaging cards be needed at all Royal FloraHolland locations?
Packaging cards will be required in Eelde as of Monday 26 February 2018. The Naaldwijk and Aalsmeer locations will change to the new packaging system later this quarter. Packaging cards will then be required there too. The same packaging card can be used at all Royal FloraHolland locations.
Changes on the
The paper transaction receipt will be replaced by a digital receipt. This is sent to the email address that you gave immediately after the transaction. The new digital transaction receipt does not contain any financial accountability anymore.
packaging code for trays
If you need to order trays, please note that the packaging code has changed from 100 to 795, as is already the case in Aalsmeer.
The new packaging system means that copperplate numbers when delivering or collecting packagings will no longer be used. Please can you use your administration number for this purpose. What is possible is to show extra information on the transaction receipt such as a corresponding copperplate number.
