The growth of floriculture products is happening not so much in Europe as in plenty of other places. The Netherlands fulfils the role of 'hub' very well, but that growth has not yet trickled down to the Royal FloraHolland growers. Cooperation 2020: this is what you find important
'The cost maker is the cost bearer' principle, differentiation among members, and retention of the 100% sales obligation. In session 4 of Cooperation 2020, our members stated that these are the relevant subjects to them. Lucas urges you to also take part in session 5 which is scheduled in the next few days.
'Are we going to move from digital marketing instead of promoting specific products?', 'How can we make sure that Royal FloraHolland continues to be a good place to work for employees? And remains a good place for growers and customers to meet?' Lucas is happy with your responses to these subjects in his previous vlog. "Good discussions happen and we are talking to each other," Lucas explains.

'Flowering the World Together, Planting Seeds of Opportunity for our Members'. This is how the Royal FloraHolland cooperative expresses its mission on floriculture in 2020. Two main goals will be attained by 2020: better margins for our members and their customers; and more consumers will spend more on flowers and plants.
