Additional guidelines mobile packaging collection FHA-Zuid
The delivery and collection of packaging are subject to guidelines which helps us ensure that the quality of the packaging improves for everyone. And that we generate fewer costs in the chain.
In addition to the general packaging delivery guidelines, the mobile packaging deliveries in FHA-Zuid are subject to a few additional guidelines.
Call in advance
The customer always calls the packaging delivery point at FHA-Zuid when he has prepared the packaging according to the guidelines. The packaging employee then visits the customer.
We collect packaging from customers on Monday to Friday: 06:00-17:00.
Additional guidelines mobile packaging delivery
- Deliver 1 container code for every full auction trolley.
- Connect the full auction trolleys with packaging in a convoy.
- We do not accept auction trolleys with crooked or protruding shelves.
If the delivered packaging is not in good condition (see auction regulation Art. 22), we will accept the packaging, but will not reimburse you or reimburse you in part.
The packaging delivery procedure starts if the packaging meets the requirements laid out in the guidelines. After checking the packaging, the packaging employee prints a mobile packaging delivery receipt for the customer. This receipt is compared to the receipt that the customer filled in, in advance. The delivery transaction is completed if both receipts have been entered identically. In case of a discrepancy, the packaging will be checked with the customer and the packaging employee.
